When Feeling Not Mentally Strong

"1. Recall past hard times.
  2. Act as if strong mentally.
  3. Dress like a superhero even just socks.
  4. Do what the brain says you cannot.
  5. Give in for just 10 minutes.
  6. Exercise challenge.
  7. Name the feeling so it is nuanced.
  8. Give self a pep talk.
  9. Focus on breath, keep calm.
10. How'd I be telling this in the future?
11. Build mental strength."
