"Be Still in Your Mind"

According to Rick Hanson, "tasks are not like boulders a la Sisuphus' that we repeatedly push upward then fall.  They are more like clouds vaporous, insubstantial, soft, yielding, fluid like streams we step into and contribute before they swirl on and become something new:

1. Impermanence= continually changing

2. Compoundness= all made up of parts

3. Interdependence= changing parts arise and pass away

Therefore, he shies away from labels but sees them as frothy foam on transient waves in our ocean of a universe. Relax, flow into our clouds of responsibilities, relationships and roles. We are clouds ourselves, flowing into, through and beyond them."
