The Emmy's Red Carpet walked on by Hollywood's A-Listers reminded me of a related matter- the carpetbaggers of post-Civil War shown in "Gone With The Wind," those who enriched themselves during that conflict.
Aren't some lawyers taking advantage of clients in trouble? Despite the appearance of assistance, there is really no substance of help, perhaps even an inciting to disagreement, delaying or sabotaging a possible settlement. That is but natural because lawyers are trained for litigation. Rights above all considerations.
