Mediation requires nothing less, except perhaps in the frequency, of being able to let go, especially of blaming, getting even and exacting Portia's "pound of flesh". Otherwise, if we abide by the "eye for an eye" rule, they say we will have a world of blind wo/men.
And for those wanting to be truly Christian or just human/e, difficulty is no excuse. Start with baby steps like refraining from shouting and using cuss words at each other-a basic rule during mediation sessions.
