Me-time

Mediators like everybody else, need a day-off.  It is good to "let it go" for a day or two, enjoy the moment and savor the presence of family and fix-ins, without being on the lookout for fix-its.

Perspective likewise enables a person to soul search  and make an inventory of his values and attitudes  in aid of mediation, or not. Absence indeed makes the  mediator grow sharper.
