We marked the first anniversary of ST (super typhoon) Queen Yolanda with another typhoon! When God handed them out, why did we elbow other nations in line? Did we mistake it for one at the US embassy or just at the MRT?
Our courts likewise are in a state of justice change, or at least should be. There is already a deluge of cases, flooding of the courts, and a landslide of complaints of delays, postponements and corruption. Mediation is the judicial Greenpeace.
