Whenever the APO fraternity makes its birthday suit- run in UP, I shudder at the possibility my eldest son could have participated init during his Fine Arts Visual Communications day. (Thankfully, though, he is an American citizen and can't vote for Brod Binay.) This year, there was an added attraction- one member chose to propose to his girlfriend!
