The Binay bind is getting more constrictive. The building built by father and son when they were mayors one after the other, is neither world-class, green nor cost-effective. No more rationalization can be used, especially after comparison with other buildings and testmony of the contractor himself.
Sooner or later, not being up-front in mediation, too, catches up with the "frontwo/man." To save time and face, better to tell it like it is, from the start.
