Dr. Tayag of DOH has the makings of a mediator. In the midst of heated debate between lawmakers holding the purse strings of departments and its heads, he comes in and deflects tension by leading in some physical activity. It was like an ice breaker during trainng.
He reminded me of King David dancing to his psalms. But his son, King Solomon is more the poster man of mediation, in the celebrated case of the two women fighting over an infant.
