EQ Response

There are some emotion-laden communication
that requires more thought and time to put out.

"1. Acknowledge receipt of sender's message and say you would reply shortly.

2. Write your reply but save as a draft first.

3. Review, revise with recipient in mind. 
    a. Is it too much?
    b. Is it confusing?
    c. Could it be misinterpreted?
    d. Are their unnecessary parts?
    e. Could this be done better by phone or in
        person?

Let emotions work for you, not against you."
