TCM resurrects films of which we were not even aware. This one of the star of the month Mickey Rooney has him stealing reserve tires with two other boys to raise money for his father's tombstone. When caught, the trio was interviewed in private by the judge who got them into probation. In the end, they caught an older band of criminals!
