Who wards off the wardens? The Ombudsman. The Inquirer reported a case that has been filed against a woman warden who "refused entry to visitors of some inmates who went on a hunger strike during the Pope's visit last January."
Mediators are like the informal Ombudsmen of failed relationships in families, offices, organizations and communities.
