The head of the Supermarkets' Association is not your usual Scroogey character. He is amiable, even compassionate.
In an interview, he suggested the smallest can of corned beef as substitute to instant noodle as common fare. He also confided that the number of shoplifters have not so much increased. But he noticed more beggars, whom he said we should help.
