BBC Earth's Ryan Pyle takes us up Morocco's highest peak, Toubkal. On the way, he breaks bread with the menfolk, over a carpet made by the women from used clothes. For a feast, they roast a goat in a pit. Always, they greet each other with "Inshallah," if God wills.
