In a recent ruling, Associate Justice Leonen overturned the Molina Doctrine on annulments. From having to exist medically at the start of marriage in a permanent and incurable manner, psychological incapacity is now a legal concept that had been true only in relation to a specific partner and revealed in subsequent behavior.
AJ Leonen is now undergoing impeachment in Batasan, but for another ending- of someone else's political dream.
