COVID 19 will go down in history as a test of the will to survive. Reading about a community organization of informal workers PATAMABA inspires awe and respect for this vulnerable group. They chose to organize talipapa mini-markets within the barangay during the lockdown;
1) when markets were closed;
2) there was no public transport;
3) they had to eat and earn at the same time.
