Mediating Medical Practice

In a feature, Netflix focused on Roosevelt's medical condition. His official physician, Dr. McIntire was not entirely dedicated to his duty. Daily he sat with FDR for breakfast and discussed the news, not checking on his health. A much later check-up at Bethesada under Dr. Bruenn led to a diagnosis of hypertension and enlarged heart. He was told to limit intake of rich food and use of tobacco. To which Dr. McIntire said, "You do not tell that to the President of the United States."

Mediators have to tell the painful truth to disputants too.
