CNN featured a female French chef whose name I didn't catch nor could possibly spell! Her approach is exemplary. Instead of shouting in the kitchen, she has classical  music playing to promote harmony. Poetry is thus manifested in what they present to guests. And farmers are her rock stars.

This chef could mediate when she retires.
