Museum of History of Ideas

This is located at the University of the Philippines branch in Manila.  While renewing my court-annexed mediator accreditation at the Supreme Court across the street, rallyists were posted by the media vans with placards telling de Lima to answer charges against her pending at the adjacent DOJ.

That history dates back to her stint as the Chair of Human Rights investigating then Mayor Duterte.
