That is a lolo still peddling lollipop on foot in San Fernando, Pampanga. He was the "Good News" feature of GMA News TV. Interviewed, he said he liked the exercise, aside from the meager earnings for his family. He was rewarded with a little store.
If only a lot more of these positive family stories come up!
