Yet another DepEd pronouncement subject to Miss Interpretation, now subject to planned impeachment. They could be referring to promoting Holy Mass, (nah, with Separation of Church and State), or social media blitz of unknown objective as is their won't, confidentially. Turns out the term refers to students being automatically passed to next level, regardless of capability or mastery of present tasks.
