Faux Nap

"1. Close eyes for 5 minutes, with soothing music notice any thoughts coming.

  2. Daydream while looking at a photo/artwork. Let your mind wander while focusing on your feeling. Jot down flashes of inspiration or insight. Notice your state and pull yourself out at will.
 
  3. Breathe from the diaphragm or belly for mental energy."
