Nguyen Manh was sitting inside his delivery truck preparing to drop off another parcel when he heard a woman and a child screaming from a high-rise building nearby. There hanging on a 12th floor balcony was the child. Springing to action, Manh climbed up the building's fence onto a roofing just in time to catch the child, who was about the age of his own.
