Taxing again

Like the SSS additional senior pension passed to current members, the new tax package  zeroing in on fuel will require cash incentives for drivers of public utility vehicles too aside from the families of the disadvantaged.

Aside from encouraging dependence, this is roundabout instead of direct intervention.
